Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the rights and obligations between BySerenity and its customers for all purchases made via our website. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

Products

All products available for purchase are listed on our website, subject to availability. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, although slight variations (e.g. colours) may occur.

Order Cancellation & Dispatch

Once an order is completed, it is automatically processed for dispatch by our premium logistics service. Requests for cancellation or changes after this point may incur an administrative fee of £5.90, especially if an address has been modified or the parcel already handed to our courier.

After 2 hours from order confirmation, cancellations are no longer possible as the fulfilment process will have started. In such cases, orders must be handled under our Returns Policy.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or extended absence of the recipient, there is no automatic right to a refund. Reshipment can be arranged (to the same or a corrected address) at the customer’s expense.

Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (£) or EUR (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but the rate at purchase applies.

Orders

An order is considered valid once:

The customer has accepted the Terms & Conditions
Payment has been successfully completed
An order confirmation email has been issued by BySerenity

We reserve the right to cancel an order if there are outstanding disputes, unpaid invoices, or other irregularities.

Payment

Payment is processed securely via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other payment methods available on the website. BySerenity does not store any payment details.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We aim for fast delivery, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. couriers, customs, weather).

Right of Withdrawal

Under UK & EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Please contact us at contact@myserenity.shop within 14 days to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Warranty

BySerenity products are covered by statutory warranty rights:

Refund or replacement for defective or faulty goods
Right to return or replace in case of hidden defects

Liability

BySerenity is not liable for damages caused by misuse of the products. We accept no responsibility for technical issues such as internet interruptions, viruses, or cyber-attacks.

Copyright

All content on the BySerenity website (texts, images, videos, design, source code, etc.) is protected by copyright and remains the property of BySerenity. Reproduction or distribution without express permission is strictly prohibited.

Data Protection
