We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes between 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier. Please note: these are estimated times. Unforeseen events (e.g. weather or courier delays) may cause variations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight, size and destination of your order. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout. Under certain conditions we offer free shipping – check our website for current promotions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. BySerenity is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.

Customs & Taxes

For deliveries within the UK and Ireland, no customs fees apply. For deliveries outside these countries, import duties or taxes may be charged by local authorities, which remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
